Dear Members,
After twenty-two years of providing excellent customer service and support to the Societies members, Lindy Stewart has decided to hang up her working boots and retire to enjoy life and spend time with her Grandkids. Lindy’s last day will be this Thursday, 1st of September. Although we are going to miss her, the Board wishes Lindy the very best of luck in all her future endeavours.
The Board would also like to welcome Kelly Anscombe onboard our team. Kelly is joining us as a part-time office support member and will learn a wide range of skills required to continue to offer the level of support our members expect.
Familiar faces, Teresa Edwards and Juliet Burnett have done extremely well in managing the workload during this transition period. Over the coming months, the office team and procedures will be revamped and developed to reflect and keep pace with the exciting new directions in which we are heading. Providing an exemplary service to our membership, in a way that is sustainable, continues to be the Boards and the Office Team highest priority.
